Privacy
What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 20 October 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, and your role and company if you fill them in. We also store where you came from: the utm_source of the link you followed, or the site that linked to us.
Like any web server, ours logs each request: your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you asked for. Your IP address is also held for up to an hour to stop the waitlist form being flooded.
Why
To contact you about early access to Lacuna, and to understand which teams are interested. The logs keep the site running and secure. We don't sell your details, add you to a newsletter, or use them for advertising.
Who else sees it
The waitlist lives in our own database, on a server we rent from a hosting provider. Server logs are sent to Grafana Cloud, which we use for monitoring. Your email address is kept out of those logs.
How long we keep it
Your waitlist entry stays until you ask us to remove it, or until early access no longer needs it. Logs are kept only as long as monitoring needs them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to the address we write to you fromand we'll do it. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Signing in to the Lacuna app sets one cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else.
